What to Bring

Just a few suggestions:

A GOOD BOOK

We have a few trail books but no one can pick one out like you.

YOUR SWIMMING SUIT

You will want to soak in the hot tub....or even better, take a dip in the river.

SOMETHING TO COOK ON THE GRILL

There are basic spices along with some grill seasoning for your steak or chops, or whatever.

BUG SPRAY

We have treated the yard and outside of the cottage, but we are in the middle of the woods so, you know...

PORTABLE HAMMOCK

If you have a hammock, we have some excellent trees to attach it to and take a nap.

ENTERTAINMENT

There are some trivia cards in the cottage if you want to quiz each other, but no other games at this time. Both the indoor and outdoor table would be great places for a board or card game, so pack your favorite and enjoy. There is a Roku Smart TV and WIFI. 5G cell service on the hill so no problem with using your phone.

GROCERIES

There are basic items in the kitchen: basic spices, sugar, flour, and oil. We provide coffee, tea, and creamer. There is a Dollar General close by and grocery stores in Harrison, Bellefonte, and Jasper. Walmart is in Harrison.
